Two little kids
Two young children are resting on gurneys outside a hospital operating room. They are the first surgeries of the day.
“What are you doing here?” Jimmy inquires, leaning close.
“I’m afraid because I’m having my tonsils removed,” Alec says.
“You have nothing to worry about,” Jimmy responds. I completed that when I was four years old. When you wake up, they have heaps of Jell-O and ice cream waiting for you. “It’s as easy as pie.”
“What are you here for?” Alec asks, slightly reassured.
“Circumcision,” Jimmy says.
“Whoa!” Alec responds. “Best of luck, friend.” “I had that done when I was born, and it left me unable to walk for a year.”
